To process your withdrawal requests securely, it is mandatory to verify the ownership of your destination account by uploading an official supporting document.
Is your Progress Bar showing “Action Required”? If you initiated a withdrawal and it is on hold under this status, it means the system is waiting for you to upload the document described below. Once it has been verified by our team, your withdrawal will continue processing automatically.
Where to upload the document
Log in to your Betano account.
Select the Bank Statement option.
Select your file and click “Upload documents”.
What information must the document show?
The file you upload (either a bank statement or a CBU/CVU registration document) must clearly display:
- Full name of the account holder (must exactly match the Betano account holder)
- Full account number (CBU / CVU)
- Name or logo of the financial institution
File requirements
- Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, TIFF, TIF, and PDF.
- Maximum size: 8 MB per file.
Make sure the image is clear, all four corners of the document are visible, and it is not cropped, blurry, or edited. Otherwise, it will be automatically rejected by the system.
Validation timeframes
Document review for technical and security purposes may take up to 72 hours.
Once the process is completed, you will receive an email notification with the result and your Withdrawal Progress Bar will move to the next payment stage.
