Temporary Account Closure allows you to suspend access to one or more gaming products for a determined period.

For each product, you must select a closure period:
24 hours
48 hours
7 days
The temporary closure:
Takes effect immediately from the moment you set it.
Remains active for the selected period.
Can be extended at any time.
Can be applied to more than one product at the same time.
You will be asked to indicate a reason before confirming the temporary closure.
Self-Exclusion
Self-Exclusion allows you to block access to one or both gaming products for a longer period.
You can self-exclude from:
Sports Betting – Virtual
Casino
The available self-exclusion periods are:
1 month
3 months
6 months
12 months
Self-exclusion:
Takes effect from the moment you set it.
Remains in place for the entire selected period.
Can be extended at any time.
Self-exclusion cannot be canceled or reduced immediately.
If you request to reduce or deactivate a self-exclusion, the request is subject to review.
If approved, the change takes effect after 7 days.
