It is possible to have multiple bonuses in your account at the same time, whether from promotions, top-ups, or special offers.
However, the system only allows one active bonus at a time, so it is not possible to use multiple bonuses simultaneously.
While you have a bonus in use, the others will remain on hold and will activate automatically when the current bonus ends or is canceled.
What Does “Coming Soon” Mean?
If you have multiple bonuses in your account:
- One bonus will appear as Active, which is the one you can currently use.
- The others will appear as Coming Soon, meaning they are pending activation.
Bonuses activate automatically one after another, respecting the order in which they were granted or claimed in your account.
Viewing Active and Pending Bonuses
Follow these steps from your account:
- Log in to your account.
- Select Account.
- Click on Promotions.
- Go to Active Promotions.
There you can identify:
- The bonus you currently have active.
- Pending bonuses labeled “Coming Soon”.
Automatic Activation of Pending Bonuses
No manual action is necessary.
When your active bonus:
- Ends properly, or
- Is canceled,
the next pending bonus will activate automatically.
Canceling the Active Bonus
If you want to use another pending bonus before completing the current one, you can cancel the active bonus from the promotions section of your account.
Important:
- A canceled bonus cannot be reactivated.
- By canceling a bonus, you will lose all benefits and progress associated with that bonus.
We recommend canceling bonuses only if you are sure you do not want to continue using them.
