At Betano, our promotions are aimed at customers who place bets for recreational purposes. To ensure a fair environment, we monitor that the use of benefits complies with our transparency rules and the conditions accepted when claiming an offer.
What behaviors are considered irregular use of bonuses?
Abuse of bonuses includes, but is not limited to, the following actions:
- Breach of terms: Failing to comply with the terms and conditions of a bonus, free bets, or any promotional offer.
- Multiple accounts: Registering multiple customer accounts (per person, family, household, email address, IP, device, or shared computer) to claim multiple bonuses.
- Funding exclusively with bonuses: Withdrawing the originally deposited amount after claiming the First Deposit Bonus, with the intention of betting only with bonus credit.
- Low-risk strategies: Placing low-margin bets, matched bets, risk-free bets, or hedge bets to exploit bonuses.
- Altering betting patterns: Significantly increasing the balance and then changing the betting pattern (bet type, game type, or structure) to meet wagering requirements.
- Abuse of technical features: Using the "gamble" feature on certain slot games to artificially increase winnings.
Consequences of non-compliance
When there is a reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, whether individually or as part of a group, Betano reserves the right to take the following actions:
- Cancel the assigned bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus.
- Deny or withdraw a bonus offer from the account holder.
- Restrict the use of specific products on the platform.
- Exclude the user from future promotional offers.
- Close the account immediately and withhold any available balance in cases of fraudulent behavior.
Identity verification
Betano reserves the right to request sufficient documentation to verify the customer’s identity before crediting any bonus. If the relevant documents are not received within 10 calendar days, the right to the promotion will be forfeited.
