If your account was suspended due to inactivity, you can easily reactivate it from the platform, without needing to contact support.
How to reactivate it?
Follow these steps:
- Click on “LOG IN”
- Enter your usual credentials
- You will see a message indicating that your account is inactive
- Access the reactivation link available on the screen
- Complete the indicated steps
Once the process is completed, your account will be reactivated automatically.
What should you know?
This process is available for accounts that were suspended due to inactivity over a prolonged period.
It does not apply in the following cases:
- Accounts closed due to "self-exclusion"
- Accounts with the “Temporary account closure” option active
- Accounts where personal data deletion was requested
