How can I submit my documents for verification?

You can upload your documents from your Betano account in the following way:

1. Log in
2. Go to Account > Profile > Identity Documents > Verification Process
3. Upload each file in the corresponding field

And then?

Once we review your documents:

• We will notify you by email and with a message inside your account
• If everything is in order, we will confirm that your account has been successfully verified
• If you need to send anything else, we will also inform you
