You can modify the Betting, Loss, or Deposit limits at any time from your account, respecting the application rules established for each type of change.
Key application rules
Limit changes are not all applied in the same way:
Increasing a limit (allows you to play more): the new value is applied after 24 hours.
Reducing a limit (restricts your play): the change is applied immediately.
These timeframes cannot be skipped or accelerated.
Steps to modify a limit
To modify a limit, follow these steps:
Log in to your Betano account.
Go to My Account.
Select Profile.
Enter Player Protection.
Choose the limit you want to modify (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
Select the new period and amount.
Click Save changes and confirm the action by entering your password.
Pending changes
If you request a limit increase and make a new request before the 24 hours have passed, the system will display a message indicating that there is a pending change. The new increase will only be applied once that waiting period has ended.
