The message “Limit Exceeded” appears when one of the Responsible Gaming limits previously set on the account is reached.
When this happens, the system temporarily blocks certain actions, such as betting, depositing, or continuing to play, until the limit is reset or the requested change takes effect.
This block is automatic and aims to help maintain control over gaming activity.
How to check the limit status
To identify which limit was reached and when it will be reset, it is necessary to review the current account settings.
Navigation path:
My Account → Profile → Player Protection
There you will see:
The type of active limit.
The applied period (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly).
The exact date and time when the limit will be reset.
What to do to play again
If the message “Limit Exceeded” appears, there are two options:
Wait for the automatic reset of the limit, which occurs when the configured period ends.
Wait 24 hours if a limit increase was recently requested, since this type of change does not apply immediately.
Until one of these deadlines is met, it will not be possible to perform the blocked action.
