Withdrawal Request Cancellation
You can decide whether to allow or disallow the cancellation of withdrawal requests.
By disabling this option, you prevent canceling withdrawals once requested, which helps maintain greater control over your available balance.
Temporary Account Closure
The temporary account closure allows you to suspend access to your account for a set period, without permanently deleting it.
You can choose the duration of the temporary closure, which can be:

48 hours
7 days
During the selected period, you will not be able to access or place bets on the products you choose, such as Sports Betting – Virtual and/or Casino.
The temporary closure takes effect immediately and remains active until the defined period ends.
Self-Exclusion
The self-exclusion allows you to voluntarily block access to one or more products, such as:

Casino
You can choose the duration of the self-exclusion (for example, 1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
