The “Request a bet” feature allows you to ask for custom markets, personalised odds, or special conditions when the option you want is not available in the standard offer.
How to request a custom bet
You can currently submit your request in two ways:
1. Through live chat
Contact our team using the chat button at the bottom of the page.
Provide:
- The event or sport
- The market or condition you want
- Any extra details needed for review
Our team will evaluate your request and confirm whether it can be created.
2. Through the contact form
You can also submit your request via the contact form available in the Help Center.
You will need to:
- Select the topic related to sports betting
- Describe the custom market you want
- Submit the request for review
When to send your request
We recommend doing so at least one hour before the match starts to allow time for review.
Additional information
Approval depends on market availability, event rules, and applicable limits.
If approved, the bet will appear within the event page.
