To help keep your account secure, we may occasionally ask you to verify your identity again using two-factor authentication (2FA). Here's why this might happen and what you need to do.
Why am I being asked for the verification code again?
To strengthen the security of all accounts, we may sometimes ask you to complete the 2FA process again. This doesn't mean there's anything wrong with your account — it's simply an extra layer of protection.
Does this mean I lost access or that something changed in my account?
No. Your account is still active and nothing has been changed. This is part of a regular security process that applies to all users.
What should I do?
Just follow the instructions on your screen and complete the verification using your existing method (SMS, authenticator app, etc.). It only takes a few seconds and helps protect your account.
Will I have to do this every time?
No. This additional verification is only required at specific intervals and won’t affect your day-to-day access.
