According to our Terms and Conditions, any deposited amount must be fully wagered before it can be withdrawn. This policy ensures proper use of the platform, compliance with anti–money laundering regulations, and the prevention of irregular transactions.
What does this mean?
Mandatory use: When you make a deposit, you cannot withdraw it directly without first actively using it on the platform.
Full amount requirement: The deposited funds must be fully wagered within the platform before any withdrawal request can be enabled.
Practical example: If you deposit $100,000 ARS, you must place bets (sports or casino) totaling that same amount before being able to withdraw. It does not matter whether you win or lose—the key requirement is that the funds are fully staked in valid bets.
Which bets do NOT count toward this requirement?
To be considered valid and contribute toward the wagering requirement, bets must be fully completed. The following cases are excluded:
- Voided bets: Occur when an event is not played or a market is invalidated according to the rules. The stake is returned but does not count toward the requirement.
- Cancelled bets: Bets that are not properly completed due to technical issues or external event-related reasons.
- Cash Out / Early payout: Bets where you choose to cash out before the event ends do not count, as the full stake was not played through.
- Very low odds or risk-free strategies: Bets placed in extremely low-risk markets or hedging strategies that eliminate risk will not be considered valid.
Withdrawal Progress Tracker
If you request a withdrawal without meeting this condition, the system will automatically block the transaction. You can track it in real time via My Account > History > Transactions:
Withdrawal in Progress / Reviewing Your Withdrawal: Your withdrawal enters internal audit. Our system checks whether you have met the required 100% wagering volume.
T&C 4.8 Hold: If the system detects missing wagering, the withdrawal will be paused. You will receive a notification indicating that your request does not comply with Betano’s Term 4.8, including the exact remaining amount you still need to wager before your withdrawal can be released. The process will remain on hold until you take action.
How to unblock your balance and continue playing
If your withdrawal is blocked due to Term 4.8, you must manually cancel the request using the following path on your mobile or desktop: My Account > Transactions > Cancel Withdrawal.
Once cancelled, the funds will be immediately returned to your real balance so you can complete the remaining wagering requirement.
Important recommendations
To ensure smooth use of the platform, we recommend the following:
- Plan ahead: Make sure you have fully wagered your deposits before going to the withdrawal section.
- Avoid Cash Out: If your goal is to unlock deposited funds, allow your sports bets to run until settlement.
- Bonus alert: If you have an active bonus, requesting a withdrawal will automatically and irreversibly cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
