If your final payout differs from the original potential winnings, it may be due to one of the following reasons: Dead Heat, Obvious Error, or Voided Bet.
Dead Heat
A Dead Heat occurs when two or more participants finish in the same position, creating multiple winners.
In these cases, your stake is proportionally divided among the number of tied participants, while the original odds remain unchanged.
Examples
Example 1:
If three participants finish in first place, a winning bet on any of them is settled using one-third of your original stake.
Example 2:
If three players share the title of top scorer, bets on any of them are settled with one-third of the stake.
This may result in a lower final payout than originally displayed.
Obvious Error
If there was an apparent error in the betting offer—incorrect odds, technical issues, or inconsistencies—your bet may be adjusted according to the provider’s “Obvious Error” rules.
Voided Bet
A bet may be voided if:
- The event is postponed or cancelled
A technical error occurred - The bet was duplicated
- The final result cannot be confirmed
If a selection is voided:
- Single bets are refunded at 1.00 odds.
Multiple or system bets remain active, and the voided selection is settled at 1.00.
