When a bet is voided, the outcome depends on the type of bet you placed. The void applies only to the affected selection and does not negatively impact your account.
Single bets
If it is a single bet, the full stake is automatically refunded to your balance.
Multiple bets
If it is part of a multiple bet, the voided selection is settled at 1.00 odds, while the remaining selections stay active.
Why was my bet voided?
A bet may be voided for several reasons, such as:
- Event suspension or cancellation
- Official decisions from the organiser
- Market or technical errors
- Provider or sport-specific rules
