Financial limits are set from the Player Protection section within your account. From there, you define the limit amount and the application period. Once confirmed, the limits are applied automatically.
Application of limit changes
Changes to limits follow specific rules.
The reduction of a limit is applied immediately.
The increase of a limit or the reactivation of an option takes effect 24 hours after the request.
This waiting period cannot be skipped or shortened.
How periods work
Each limit operates over time periods that start counting from the exact date and time you set it. The system uses that moment as a reference to calculate the duration of the limit and its reset.
Available periods can be daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, depending on the limit you configure.
Automatic resetting of limits
Limits are automatically reset at the end of the selected period, respecting the same activation date and time.
Example of a daily limit:
If you set a daily limit at 8:00 AM, the period ends the next day at 8:00 AM. Upon reaching the limit, you will not be able to continue the corresponding action until the reset occurs.
Example of a weekly limit:
If you set a weekly limit on a Monday at 9:15 AM, the period extends for 7 full days and resets on the following Monday at 9:15 AM.
Example of a monthly limit:
If you set a monthly limit on 11/20/2025 at 10:34 AM, the limit automatically resets on 12/20/2025 at 10:34 AM.
Example of a yearly limit:
If you set a yearly limit on 01/15/2025 at 4:20 PM, the period counts for 365 days and the limit resets on 01/15/2026 at 4:20 PM.
Lockout upon reaching a limit
When you reach a limit, the system automatically blocks the associated action, such as depositing, betting, or playing, until the period resets. It is not possible to continue or modify the limit to avoid this restriction within the same period.
