You can manage and check the status of all your bonuses from the Active Promotions section. There, you will find details about the progress of your bets and the expiration dates of each bonus.
How to access
- Log in to your account.
- Go to My Account.
- Select Promotions and then Active Promotions.
Information available in this section
- Rollover progress: You can see how much you have already bet and how much is left to meet the requirements and convert the bonus into real money.
- Expiration date: Shows the remaining time available before the bonus expires.
- Bonus status: Indicates if the bonus is:
- In progress
- Completed
- Cancelled
- Coming soon (when there is another active bonus before it)
Important: Progress is updated once bets are settled, not at the time they are placed.
Bonus priority order
If you have more than one promotion in your account, the system will apply bets following the order in which the bonuses were activated.
This means that:
- You must complete the rollover of the active bonus before starting to make progress on the next pending bonus.
- It is not possible to advance on two or more bonuses at the same time using the same bets.
- While a bonus is active, the others will appear with the status “Coming soon” and will activate automatically when the current bonus ends or is canceled.
Important information about bonus cancellation
If you decide to cancel an active bonus to use another pending one:
- The canceled bonus cannot be reactivated again.
- You will lose all benefits and accumulated progress associated with that bonus.
We recommend canceling a bonus only if you are sure you do not want to continue using it.
