Go to Transactions > Withdrawal.
If you try to withdraw without completing the required steps, you’ll see a message outlining the three-step process:
Verify your identity
Verify your withdrawal method
Receive your funds
Important: You must complete both the identity and payment method verification before your withdrawal can be processed and the funds released.
Click Verify now to be redirected to the page where you can upload the necessary documents.
What documents are required?
1. Bank transfers (CBU/CVU)
Upload a clear and unedited document showing:
Full name of the account holder
Account number (CBU or CVU)
Bank name and logo
Accepted formats:
Bank statement
Account summary
Screenshot from online banking (app or web)
CBU/CVU verification is only required when withdrawing through an unverified account.
2. Credit/debit card
If you deposited via card, we may ask for:
A copy of the front side of the card (you may hide some digits, leaving the last four visible)
3. E-wallet
A screenshot showing your name and the email or phone number linked to the wallet used.
