You can check your balance at any time from your Betano account. Here we explain where to find it and what each type of balance means so you have full control over your funds.
How to view your main balance
Once you log in, your total balance appears at the top of the screen, visible from any section of the website or mobile app. To see the detailed breakdown, click directly on your balance.
Types of balance in your Betano account
Real balance
This is the cash money you can use to bet or withdraw at any time, provided your account is verified and you do not have any pending wagering requirements that prevent it.
Bonus balance
This is the money granted by active promotions. It can only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn until you complete the wagering requirements (rollover) and any other conditions of the offer.
Available balance for betting
This is the total amount you can use to play on Betano. It is calculated as: Real Balance + Bonus Balance.
Balance in open bets
The balance in open bets represents the money you have invested in events that have not yet finished.
- It is not available for withdrawal while the bets are still active.
- The calculation of the wagering requirement and the crediting of funds occur at the time of bet settlement, not when placing the bet:
- If you win: The corresponding amount is automatically credited to your real balance.
- If you lose: The amount is deducted from your available balance.
- If it is voided: The money returns to your available balance unchanged.
⚠️ The balance in open bets is the money in use until your bets are resolved.
