You can cancel your withdrawal only while the request has not yet been sent to our payment provider or financial institution. During this initial stage, the cancellation option is automatically available.
Once the withdrawal has been sent to the provider, the process enters its final stage and it is no longer possible to cancel, modify, or reverse it.
How to track your withdrawal
To check the status or stop a request, you can use the new Withdrawal Progress Bar:
Path: Go to My Account > History > Transactions.
Selection: Choose the specific withdrawal you want to review to see its real-time status and related messages.
Cancellation: If the “Cancel” button is visible next to the progress bar, it means the funds have not yet been sent to the provider. Click it and the funds will be immediately credited back to your real balance.
What status can your withdrawal be in?
When checking your progress bar, you will see three main statuses:
Action Required: Your withdrawal is temporarily on hold because verification documents for your account or payment method are missing. You will see a direct button to upload the required documents, and once verified, the withdrawal will continue processing automatically.
Withdrawal in Progress / Reviewing Your Withdrawal: Your request has been successfully received by Betano and is currently queued for internal processing. At this stage, you can still cancel it if you wish.
Withdrawal Being Processed / Finalizing Your Withdrawal: Betano has already approved and sent your funds, which are now being processed by your bank or e-wallet. At this stage, the cancel button disappears because the money is already on its way to your account.
Is your withdrawal taking longer than usual?
Some requests may require additional security reviews. Don’t worry—you do not need to open a support ticket. Simply check the updates in your Withdrawal Progress Bar from your Transaction History.
