What features may be limited if I don’t verify my account?
While your account remains “Not verified,” the following automatic restrictions will apply on the platform:
- You will not be able to make deposits.
- You will not be able to withdraw funds from your balance.
- Betting activity on Sports and Casino will be fully restricted.
Note: These operational limitations will be lifted immediately once the verification process is successfully approved by our security team.
How do I verify my account?
To complete your account verification quickly from your phone, follow these steps:
- Login: Sign in to your Betano account.
- Path: Go to My Account > Profile > Verification.
- Direct access: You can also enter directly by clicking the official PBA Verification link.
- Upload: Follow the on-screen steps and upload the requested document photos (make sure your ID images are readable, clear, and well-lit).
Once the information is submitted, our team will review it within the usual processing times. Completing this step on time allows you to avoid restrictions and use the platform normally.
