❓ When should you contact support?
🔸 Cash deposits (Pago Fácil / RapiPago)
If you made a cash deposit and more than 24 hours have passed without it being credited to your account, contact us. These cases receive priority review.
🔸 Bank transfer, CVU, or Mercado Pago
If your deposit was made through one of these methods and more than 72 business hours have passed without being credited, you should also report it.
