When is an account considered inactive?
An account is considered inactive if there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, including:
- Not logging in
- Not placing bets
- Not making deposits or withdrawals
- Not participating in any games or promotions
Is any fee applied?
No. Even if your account becomes inactive after that time, you won’t be charged any fee, and your available balance will remain intact.
How to avoid your account becoming inactive
To keep your account active, simply perform at least one action within a 12-month period, such as:

- Placing a bet
