An account is inactive if it has not been accessed for 12 months. In the case where an account becomes inactive and still has a balance, an administration fee may be charged from the 13th month of inactivity in the inactive account until the balance reaches zero.
You can log in to your account anytime to reactivate it or withdraw your remaining balance, so no administrative fees will be charged.
