In the Province of Buenos Aires, once you request a temporary closure or a self-exclusion, the behavior depends on the type of measure you have chosen.
If you requested a temporary account closure, it is activated from the moment you set it up and remains in effect for the selected period (24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days).
During that time, you will not be able to use the products you have marked.
The temporary closure cannot be canceled once started.
When the period ends, access to your account is automatically restored.
If you requested a self-exclusion, it also takes effect from the moment you define it and remains active for the duration you select (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).
Please note that:
Self-exclusion cannot be canceled or reduced immediately.
If you request to reduce or deactivate a self-exclusion, the request is subject to review.
If approved, the change takes effect after 7 days.
