You may at your discretion choose to restrict your access to your account and/or exclude yourself from Sportsbook and/or Casino on the site, either temporarily or permanently.
To restrict your access to Sportsbook-Virtual and/or Casino ("Take a Break" option) or Self-exclude, you need to follow the path Account - Profile - Player Protection.
• Temporary Account Closure can be set for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion is for longer periods: 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, or indefinitely.
Account blocking and Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. In order to revoke a restriction of your account, you can either visit the Player protection section on the Account page or contact Customer Service.
For your protection, revocation of such restrictions will take effect seven (7) days after the receipt of your request.
