The temporary closure of the account takes effect from the moment you set it, along with the chosen duration (24h, 48h, 7 days, 30 days).
Temporary account closure for Sportsbook-Virtual and/or Casino may be applied for the desired period of time. At any time, you can extend the temporary account closure period and/or apply temporary closure to more than one product, and this action takes effect immediately as well. Reducing the closure period or eliminating it for one of the products is not possible at this time according to the regulations in place as described in our Terms and Conditions.
The self-exclusion is active from the moment you set it and is valid for the time you decide (6 months, 12 months, 24 months, or for a permanent period). You can be self-excluded from Sportsbook and/or Casino for the time frame you wish.
At any time, you have the possibility to extend your self-exclusion period and/or to exclude more products, and this action has an immediate effect. It is not possible to shorten the self-exclusion period and/or decrease the number of excluded products.
