For security reasons, your account will be automatically locked after 5 failed login attempts.
What happens when the account is locked?
You will see a pop-up window where you need to enter:
Your registered mobile number or email address
Your date of birth
If the information is correct, you will receive a 4-digit code via SMS or a 5-digit code via email. Enter that code on the next screen, update your password, and your account will be reactivated automatically.
Didn't receive the code by SMS or email?
From that same screen, you can click on “Try another way”, select voice call, and receive the code through that method.
Still didn't get the code?
If you did not receive the code, or if your email or date of birth do not match the information registered on your account, you can request manual reactivation by sending an email to ayuda.caba@betano.bet.ar with the following information:
Subject:
Account unlock due to failed login attempts
Include in the message:
Full name
Identification number
Date of birth
One of our agents will review your request and respond to you by email.
